  • We partner with GLS and FedEx for worldwide shipping, with delivery typically taking up to 7 working days. However, please note that unforeseen events may occasionally extend delivery times beyond our control.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
  • For returns not related to quality issues, a 10EUR fee is charged. This fee will be deducted from your refund upon receiving the product back in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with labeling intact.
  • Our products undergo strict quality control. However, if you encounter any quality issues, please contact us at contact@leapconceptstore.com, and we will arrange a free pickup for your return.
  • For exchanges, we recommend purchasing the new product and following the return procedure for the previous item. This ensures a faster exchange process.
