Todor Stojanov Quality Engineer. Brand Founder. Lecturer.

I spent over 15 years inside the quality departments of major international fashion corporations, the part of the industry most shoppers never see and most founders never get trained in. Then in academia, earning a PhD in fashion engineering and quality management. And finally I started my own fashion brand, which is where the theory met reality: I had all the frameworks, and I still felt how hard it is to hold a small brand to a high standard with none of the infrastructure a corporation takes for granted.

That experience is why this site does two things that might look unrelated at first.

For customers — The Shop

If you're shopping here, you're buying from small, independent brands that have been through our quality audit before they're ever listed. That means I've personally checked their materials, their construction, their fit consistency, and their defect-handling process. You're not just buying "independent fashion", you're buying fashion where someone with a quality background has already done the checking most shoppers have no way to do themselves. Every brand here had to earn its place.

For founders — Quality by Design

If you're a founder, you're probably here because you've felt the gap I felt: you can design, but no one taught you how to build the systems that protect a brand once it leaves the sketchbook, sourcing checks, construction standards, fit consistency, defect tracking, the unglamorous infrastructure that keeps a small brand from being undone by its own growth. Quality by Design is the 90-day program I built to close that gap, not a scaled-down version of enterprise quality control, but a system built specifically for brands that don't have a quality department yet.

Why I run both

The shop and the program aren't two separate businesses sharing a website. They're two expressions of the same belief: that quality shouldn't be a luxury only big brands can afford to get right. The Shop is proof of what's possible when a small brand has it. Quality by Design is how more founders get there. If you complete the program, your brand can apply to be featured in the Shop, which means the two sides of this business aren't just connected in spirit, they're connected in practice.
